Weekly Updates?

Sooo me and Becky were talking and we feel a little disconnected from this whole process we were hoping for some extra interaction. So what awesome things have you done this week? Have any new recipes that you would like to share with the group? What has helped you get in the game? I just want to hear how everyone's doing!! Love you guys and good luck!

  1. Well this week has been bad...but normally I have a good routine going. I don't really have a problem with my eating goals...except on the weekend. So I try and focus on my exercise. I was walking just about every night...but that gets hard being away from my family all the time when I only get a few hour with them. So my new thing is getting up extra early and doing an exercise video. The early part sucks but so far it has been going good and my weight has been steadily going down - I'm obviously not going to have any drastic weight loss since I've already dropped the easy stuff at the beginning....so I'm happy with a couple pounds a week. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

  2. That's awesome Kelly what exercise videos do you use? We borrowed p90x from our neighbors and it kicks our trash. I feel way lucky this happened during the summer when I only spend a few hours at school, but then again we only exercise at night when kids are asleep. And a few pounds a week is incredible, that's all I really want. hopefully we could all check back in at like Christmas and then you could waste us all.

  3. I've tried p90x and its too much for me at this point. So I stole all of Sara's videos and so far Walk Away the Pounds is my favorite, but I have a lot more to try....
